1. Set up your company
FlavorSignal provisions your company, records the agreed category and manually activates service after payment is arranged directly. Start with up to ten owned and competitor SKUs.
2. Receive quarterly assignments
FlavorSignal publishes product assignments and deadlines. Each participating employee completes all assigned evaluations each quarter, or has an exception resolved. Managers can request changes.
3. Buy, photograph and evaluate
Employees purchase at retailers using corporate cards. Record the package, retailer, dates and conditions; upload front and lot/date photos. Complete the sensory questions independently. Never taste a product when allergy or safety concerns prevent it.
4. Review anonymous group insights
After a cohort closes and passes disclosure review, employers receive fixed reports, comparisons and CSV/PDF downloads. Small groups and risky detail are withheld. FlavorSignal handles named reminders and follow-up privately.
