Account and contact details you provide; product information you submit for evaluation; and, for panelists, demographic and allergen information used to run panels safely. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics and do not use third-party tracking cookies.
How we use it
To provide the services — running panels, generating reports, processing payments, and communicating with you.
Panelist data
Demographic and allergen data is used to assign panels safely and is restricted to staff. Date of birth is used only to compute an age bracket and is never displayed. Evaluation scorecards are retained in anonymized form; panelists may request deletion of their personal information.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
