1. The services

FlavorSignal provides sensory evaluation services in which submitted products are evaluated by a trained panel, and results are returned as reports. Specific deliverables and panel sizes depend on the tier purchased.

2. Accounts

You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Products and safety

You represent that products submitted for evaluation are accurately described, including a complete and correct allergen declaration. Accurate allergen information is essential to panelist safety.

4. Payment

Fees are due as described at checkout. Evaluations begin after payment is received.

5. Confidentiality

Reports are prepared for your confidential use. We treat your product information as confidential.
