Terms of service — draft

FlavorSignal provides quarterly employee field product evaluation, dashboards, comparisons and downloadable reports. The monthly service includes up to ten active owned and competitor SKUs in one category. Additional-category terms are separately agreed.

Customers arrange payment directly with FlavorSignal. Retail purchases using employer corporate cards are additional and happen outside the website. The site does not collect card or bank details.

FlavorSignal manages activation, assignments and deadlines. Employees may request an exception for allergy concerns, damaged or suspect products, unavailability or inability to evaluate. No unsafe tasting is required.

Employees can see their own work. Employers receive only released group reports with small-group and complementary suppression. Employers can access their roster and invitation status, but not individual ratings, photos, verbatim comments or completion history.

Authorized FlavorSignal staff privately maintain account and completion information, inspect traceability and resolve issues. Sensitive access is audited. Private evidence uses authorized short-lived links. This is not a claim that no one can link an account to a submission.

Minimum group sizes reduce disclosure risk but do not eliminate inference from outside knowledge of purchases or territories. Lot, retailer and other identifying dimensions are withheld from employer reports in this release.
